Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance of vehicles
• Troubleshoot and test vehicles to identify and fix issues
• Handle tyre changes, rotation, and balancing
• Carry out preventive maintenance (e.g. oil change, routine checks)
• Install and remove in-vehicle devices (IU/OBU)
• Verify customer eligibility via online system
• Diagnose and resolve device-related problems
• Explain issues and solutions clearly to customers
• Activate and deactivate devices following official guidelines
• Maintain accurate daily records and submit reports
• Other duties as assigned
