YMC Marine Pte Ltd is seeking a service technician to service and install outboard engines on boats, in the workshop and outdoors. You will troubleshoot engine issues, complete service records and repair documents, and communicate with customers professionally. Fresh graduates are welcome; a Class 3 driving license is required.

On‑the‑job training will be provided. You should maintain the workshop, handle tools safely, and be willing to work the hours needed to complete tasks, with opportunities

• Foster good relationship and professionally communicate about repairs/maintenance/technical assistance to customers.
• Proper upkeep of the workshop and tools/equipment.
• Prepared to work the hours necessary to complete all tasks given.
• Never engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger yourself or colleagues or anyone else.
• Carry out any additional ad hoc duties required by the company.

About the role

This role involves servicing and installation of outboard engines to boats, working in the workshop and outdoors. You will troubleshoot issues related to outboard engines, complete service records and repair documents, and communicate professionally with customers about repairs, maintenance, and technical assistance. You will maintain the workshop and tools/equipment, and carry out additional ad hoc duties as required.
