Job description

Job duties & responsibilities:

• Manage daily production processes, quality and quantity
• Manage and meet daily, weekly and monthly production schedule and target
• Handle meats & seafood processing, on daily basis to meet customers’ requirements
• Document and maintain quality of processed products according to company's and customer's specifications and requirements
• Train and supervise new and existing production co-workers in meat cutting and use of equipment
• Build teamwork to improve productivity
• Enforce and improve product standards and factory hygiene
• Practice continuous improvement initiatives in production
• Manage and supervise all administrative duties in production department
• Perform operator level equipment maintenance
• Supervise and enforce daily equipment and area cleaning procedures and schedule
• Other duties and responsibilities that may be delegated to you by the Company
