Job summary

ZAC MEAT & POULTRY PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily meat processing operations, ensure targets, and uphold food safety and quality standards. You will manage manpower, schedules, and compliance across QA, logistics, and procurement to ensure smooth production flow.

The role requires at least five years in meat processing or food manufacturing, with supervisory experience and knowledge of HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, ISO22000, and SFA requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in food manufacturing, meat processing, or a similar industry, including at least two years in a supervisory or management role.
• Working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, ISO22000, and SFA requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and oversee daily production activities to fulfil orders on schedule.
• Monitor output, productivity, yield, and wastage; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure processes comply with procedures and product specifications.
• Lead, supervise, and develop production team; plan manpower and schedules.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO22000, SFA.
• Identify productivity improvements; monitor equipment and reduce downtime; report KPIs.
