Summary:

You will be responsible for conceptualising, planning, and executing campaigns, events, and activities to achieve fundraising objectives. The role requires excellent communication skills, initiative, inventiveness, and proficiency in project management and execution.

You will be part of a team dedicated to advancing the organisation's interests through active engagement with diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in fundraising, sales, or marketing within a non-profit organisation and a passion for palliative care.

Responsibilities

1. Plan, manage, execute, and evaluate fundraising campaigns, events, and activities
2. Research, identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors, sponsors, partners, and prospects
3. Support the work of the Community Engagement team
4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on campaign and event execution
5. Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by reporting manager(s)

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in a related discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, graphic design, and email marketing software
• Strong sense of compassion and interest in healthcare or social services
