eFinancialCareers Ltd. seeks a seasoned FP&A leader to head a global finance transformation for a leading global bank. Based in Singapore or London, you will lead a multi-region FP&A program, partnering with Heads of Business, regional CFOs and COOs to redefine planning, budgeting and forecasting across the worldwide footprint.

You will be hands-on and in the trenches, shaping how financial insight reaches decision-makers and driving a culture of ongoing value through governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• 20+ years FP&A leadership in a global bank or tier-one institution.
• Credibility with senior stakeholders and ability to influence at C-suite level.

Lead the reinvention of finance at a global bankA leading global bank is reshaping how it plans, forecasts and steers performance across its worldwide footprint. It needs a seasoned FP&A leader to take the helm of this transformation. This is a Managing Director level mandate, offered as a 6–12 month rolling contract and based in Singapore or London.This is not a maintenance role. You will be the senior change leader redefining the bank’s global FP&A model. You will shape how financial insight reaches the people making the biggest decisions in the organisation. Your day-to-day partners will be Heads of Business, regional and group CFOs, and COOs across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas.
