About the role:Roles and Responsibilities:- Lead the development and management of Power & Utilities Corporate clients portfolio globally under the Global Infrastructure & Utilities framework.
- Formulate strategies for each industry sub-segments, identifying growth areas and geographical focus.
- Ideate and implement business strategies, growth initiatives and work closely with key product partners for cross-sell with the aim of converting quality clients to core relationships of the bank.
- Work closely with the Structure Finance team on project financing opportunities within the industry.
- Being an industry specialist for the Power & Utilities sectors, responsible for prospecting and onboarding new clients as well as identifying new opportunities from existing portfolio.
- Collaborate with all overseas offices to drive the strategic intent for the sectors.
- Drive the financial performance of the portfolio and contribute to the overall sector business performance in terms of revenue growth, cost-efficiency, profitability and competitive edge.
- Manage risks by ensuring a robust credit portfolio quality, adherence to audit, regulatory compliance, operational risk parameters, and maintaining a strong risk culture amongst the team.
- Lead a team of Relationship Managers to facilitate the end-to-end coverage of the Power & Utilities sectors globally.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- At least 15 years of banking experience with relevant industry knowledge and experience.
- Good track record in managing performing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated experience of navigating the organization and working in ambiguity
