About the role:
Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and management of Power & Utilities Corporate clients portfolio globally under the Global Infrastructure & Utilities framework.
2. Formulate strategies for each industry sub-segments, identifying growth areas and geographical focus.
3. Ideate and implement business strategies, growth initiatives and work closely with key product partners for cross-sell with the aim of converting quality clients to core relationships of the bank.
4. Work closely with the Structure Finance team on project financing opportunities within the industry.
5. Being an industry specialist for the Power & Utilities sectors, responsible for prospecting and onboarding new clients as well as identifying new opportunities from existing portfolio.
6. Collaborate with all overseas offices to drive the strategic intent for the sectors.
7. Drive the financial performance of the portfolio and contribute to the overall sector business performance in terms of revenue growth, cost-efficiency, profitability and competitive edge.
8. Manage risks by ensuring a robust credit portfolio quality, adherence to audit, regulatory compliance, operational risk parameters, and maintaining a strong risk culture amongst the team.
9. Lead a team of Relationship Managers to facilitate the end-to-end coverage of the Power & Utilities sectors globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• At least 15 years of banking experience with relevant industry knowledge and experience.
• Good track record in managing performing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience of navigating the organization and working in ambiguity
