January Capital is seeking an early-career investor to help shape a new multi-asset vehicle across the US and Asia Pacific. You will work with Partners and the investment team, taking ownership of defined workstreams from week one.

The role targets an MBA graduate with 3+ years in investment or related fields, with strong analytical and communication abilities, and an interest in technology as an investment theme. This path offers exposure to live deal sourcing and portfolio development.

Qualifications

• MBA from leading business school with 3+ years in investment banking, public or private markets, consulting or tech operating roles.
• Strong analytical and concise writing skills demonstrated in memos or recommendations.
• Familiarity with private market structures, secondaries, venture capital and credit.

Responsibilities

• Origination and relationship building with US and Asia Pacific stakeholders.
• Investment evaluation from screening to memo and diligence.
• Fund structuring and modelling for strategy allocation.
• Research on fund structures, asset classes and comparable vehicles.
• Develop AI-enabled tools and workflows with data/engineering teams.
