May to August, Temp Assistant (Industry Relations) @Bugis/Rochor

We are hiring Temp Assistant under Recruit Express headcount!

Location: Bugis/Rochor area
Salary: Up to $12/hr or $2000 per month
Duration: May 25 to August 25
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00AM-6.00PM

Job Duties:
- Monitor and respond to emails in the team inbox
- Assist in planning and executing projects, competitions, and partnerships
- Track project milestones to ensure learning objectives are met
- Help with administrative paperwork and record-keeping
- Assist in organising exhibitions and internal events
- Support event logistics such as catering, AV setup, publicity, and guest coordination
- Schedule meetings and assist with venue booking
- Prepare presentation slides, meeting agendas, and take minutes
- Provide general support for other related activities

Job Requirements:
- Minimum diploma or degree
- Good communication skills
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Willing to learn, proactive, and a team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced setting
- Professional and reliable
