Teaching Duties:
- Teach up to 30 periods per week.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with school and IB curricular goals.
- Use data to differentiate instruction and meet students’ diverse needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive, professional learning culture.
- Stay current through continuous professional development.
Non-Teaching Duties:
- Comply with all assessment and examination requirements.
- Attend meetings, training, and events outside regular school hours.
- Supervise students during breaks and unstructured times.
- Lead or coach a co-curricular activity (CCA).
- Cover classes as needed and manage teaching resources.
- Fulfill homeroom and committee responsibilities if assigned.
- Support school improvement initiatives.
- Promote collaboration and mentor new staff.
- Share resources and support curriculum delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and curriculum planning skills.
- IB experience or training preferred.
