Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is recruiting an educator at our Novena centre near Goldhill Plaza.

You will execute the curriculum with fidelity, delivering around 3 lessons per day (2 hours each) with a short break between classes, and monitor student progress through our analytics platform. You will communicate with parents about performance, contribute to curriculum development, handle administrative tasks, and participate in team meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years teaching or tutoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute the centre’s curriculum with fidelity (approximately 3 lessons per day, 2 hours per class, 30 minute break between each lesson).
• Record students’ quiz results and utilise our data-analytics platform to monitor and analyse class and students' learning performance.
• Provide parents with updates on performance and progress.
• Provide support and ideas towards curriculum improvement, planning, and development.
• Perform administrative tasks, provide coverage for peers, and attend scheduled team meetings.
