Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a teaching position at its Novena centre in Singapore.

The role requires a 5-day work week, with one weekend, and shifts from 11am to 7:30pm on weekdays and 8:30am to 6:30pm on weekends. You will execute the centre’s curriculum with fidelity, record quiz results using our data-analytics platform, provide parents with progress updates, and contribute to curriculum planning and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Prefer 2+ years of teaching/tutoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the centre curriculum with fidelity across multiple daily lessons.
• Record quiz results and use the analytics platform to monitor student performance.
• Provide parents with updates on student progress.
• Contribute to curriculum development and improvement.
• Perform necessary admin tasks and assist teammates in meetings.

Location: Novena, Goldhill Plaza (5 min walk from Novena MRT)

Working days & Time:

• 5 day work week (Including one weekend)
• Rest day on Friday and Saturday
• 11am-730pm(weekday), 830am-630pm(weekend)

Salary: $3,800-$4,500 (depends on experience)

Job Description

• Execute the centre’ curriculum with fidelity (approximately 3 lessons per day, 2 hours per class, 30 minute break between each lesson).
• Record students’ quiz results and utilise our proprietary data-analytics platform to monitor and analyse class and students' learning performance.
• Provide parents with updateson performance and progress.
• Provide support and ideas towards the improvement, planning, and development of our curriculum.
• Perform necessary administrative tasks, provide coverage for peers, attend team meetings as scheduled.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Graduate.
• At least 2 years of teaching/tutoring experience (preferred)
