Job summary

7+ ACADEMY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks passionate Maths and Science teachers to deliver engaging lessons aligned with our curriculum and pedagogy, while building relationships to inspire learning progress.

Responsibilities include planning lessons, developing materials, assessing students, invigilating exams, moderating modules, and supporting curriculum development. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, at least two years' teaching experience, and familiarity with MOE or IB curricula.

Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for highly passionate and responsible teachers to join our learning centre as the Maths and Science teachers. The successful candidate shall be tasked to deliver lessons in an engaging and dynamic manner, based on our curriculum and pedagogy, as well as establish relationships with our students to inspire loyalty and learning progress.

Responsibilities:

• Execute lesson plans for Primary or Secondary level Maths or Science programmes.
• Develop lesson materials and provide feedback to help students achieve visible improvement in academic results.

Requirements:

• Experience in teaching Maths or Science at primary or secondary levels.
• Familiar with Singapore MOE or International Baccalaureate curriculum.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably major in related disciplines).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and organisational skills.
• Highly motivated, good working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• At least two years of experience in teaching related subjects.
• Experience in teaching in a multilingual environment and academic assessment.
• Able to conduct online lessons using Zoom etc, and familiar with software applications and productivity tools.
