A leading company in the chemical sector seeks a candidate for their stock management role. The successful applicant will be responsible for stock planning, procurement, and maintaining accurate records of inventory. Ideal candidates will hold a diploma and possess 3-4 years of experience in a related field, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
1) Responsible to review stock status and customer demand regularly as needed.
2) Carry out stock planning to meet customer demands and to optimize stock level.
3) Prepare material plan and timely feedback of stock planning issues to the Superior.
4) Convert internal Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order and issue Purchase Order to supplier.
5) Follow up order status with supplier to ensure supplier ship out the order per Purchase Order.
6) Compile and maintain records of quantity, cost, and type of material received, storage and issued out.
7) Reconcile information on material requisition, invoice, and shipping notice to material receipt or issuance to verify accuracy of stock.
8) Report & review rejected material together with Business Manager & supplier.
9) Maintain good filing and retrieval system to ensure easy access of work documents.
Knowledge and Skills Requirement
1. Min. Diploma holder
2. At least 3 to 4 years working experience in related field for senior position.
3.Good interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4.Reacts well under pressure, especially amid to constant organizational changes.
5. Team player who works well with team members.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Working Hours: Mon to Fri (8am to 5pm)
