As a Materials Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and optimization of materials throughout the manufacturing process, specifically focusing on Silicon Carbide (SiC)--based materials for various electronic applications. Responsibilities
  • Conduct research, development, and optimization of Silicon Carbide (SiC) materials for electronic applications, including semiconductors, power devices, and high-temperature electronics.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, and manufacturing, to develop and improve manufacturing processes for SiC materials.

  • Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in SiC materials, devices, and manufacturing technologies.
  • Provide technical support to product development teams, offering expertise in SiC material properties and applications.
  • Analyze and interpret data, prepare technical reports, and present findings to internal stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SiC material quality, yield, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems.
