Job description

Duration: 6 months

Salary: Up to $5K + Completion Bonus

Location: Jurong (With Pick up)

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.15-5.00pm

JOB SCOPE:

• Work closely with Supply Chain various departments on daily operation matters

• Review MRP and material demand to perform material planning to support production schedule

• Monitor inventory, review PO backlog and generate daily receiving lists to the warehouse.

• Plan, control, and trigger material movement via STO with 3PL.

• Ensure timely delivery of material to support the plant's operation and customer's shipment demands.

• Analyze and close monitoring of excess and obsolete inventory

• Manage forecast accuracy, review safety stock requirement

• Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvement.

• Work closely with sub-con on the delivery arrangements to meet our customer request.

• Ensure planning activities and procedures are in compliance with the company's ISO 14001/9001.

• Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned.

Job REQUIREMENTS:

• Min. Diploma in any field with at least 2 years of experience.

• SAP is required

• Resourceful, team player, self-motivated and positive personality

• Good communications skills and proficiency in MS Office

• Ability to work under pressure and meet a tight deadline
