Contract Material Planner cum Production Specialist - To start ASAP

!! with completion bonus !!

Salary: 4k - 5k (based on last drawn and experience)

- Must have experience in SAP and replenishment stocks.

- Able to work with many stakeholders (Internal planning team and production team).

- At least 3 years experience in this role.

Company bus from Boon Lay, Jurong East, CCK, Outram, Bedok MRT

Mon-Fri 8.15-5.00pm (Office hours)

JOB SCOPE:

1. Work closely with Supply Chain various departments on daily operation matters
2. Review MRP and material demand to perform material planning to support production schedule
3. Monitor inventory, review PO backlog and generate daily receiving lists to the warehouse.
4. Plan, control, and trigger material movement via STO with 3PL.
5. Ensure timely delivery of material to support the plant's operation and customer's shipment demands.
6. Analyze and closely monitor excess and obsolete inventory
7. Manage forecast accuracy, review safety stock requirements
8. Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
9. Work closely with subcontractors on delivery arrangements to meet customer requests.
10. Ensure planning activities and procedures comply with ISO 14001/9001 standards.
11. Perform any other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Diploma in any field with at least 2 years of experience.
2. SAP Planning experience is an advantage.
3. Resourceful, team player, self-motivated, and positive personality.
4. Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
