Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company, based at Pacific Refreshments Pte Ltd in Tuas, Singapore, invites a 5–6 month internship (January–June 2027) to support the materials Operations team. This role focuses on driving automation and reporting improvements within a beverage manufacturing context.

You will work with Power Automate, SAP and Excel queries to transform large data sets, optimize material lifecycle workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain and Data Analytics.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in supply chain or related technical fields such as engineering or IT.
• Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and data automation basics.

Responsibilities

• Assist the materials Operations team with process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Data Analytics and Materials Operations teams.
• Design and deploy automation solutions to improve reporting efficiency and material lifecycle management.
• Develop scripts/queries to reduce manual reporting efforts and improve data accuracy.

What You’ll Do for Us:

This role will assist the materials Operations team in driving process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and material lifecycle management. You’ll be working closely with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Data Analytics, and Materials Operations teams.

• Design and deploy automation solutions for MRB and weekly reporting processes using Power Automate, SAP, and Excel Query to integrate and transform large data sets.
• Apply data engineering principles to streamline material lifecycle management workflows.
• Develop and test scripts/queries to reduce manual reporting efforts and improve data accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Data Analytics, and Materials Operations to implement technical automation solutions.
• Build experience in materials lifecycle engineering, data visualization, and system-driven process optimization.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Supply Chain or related technical fields such as Engineering or IT
• Possess a good attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (i.e., PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), Power Automate, and basic programming skills
