Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Procurement coordination
    • Monitor production schedule and inventory stocks to ensure stock sufficiency
    • Generate and submit accurate e-Purchase Requests in a timely manner
    • Track Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO)
    • Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding order status, delays, or discrepancies
  2. Inventory Management
    • Receive, label, and store incoming materials
    • Maintain organized and accurate check-in/check-out system
    • Ensure accurate accounting of inventory
  3. Tools Management
    • Ensure tracked tools are properly handled, tracked, and stored between uses
  4. Documentation
    • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all procurement and inventory transactions
  5. Production Support
    • Assist the production team with administrative and logistics requirements, such as coordinating transport
