A marine and offshore logistics company in Singapore seeks a Warehouse Operative. Responsibilities include receiving, unloading, and verifying materials, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring safety protocols. Receive, unload, and verify incoming materials against delivery orders or packing lists.
Safely transport materials within the warehouse using pallet jacks, forklifts, or manual methods.
Pick, pack, and stage materials for production or outbound shipments according to orders.
Maintain accurate inventory records through timely updates in warehouse systems or manual logs.
Perform regular stock checks and support cycle counting activities.
Ensure materials are stored correctly, labeled, and kept in designated locations.
Assist in maintaining warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization (5S practices).
Report damaged goods, discrepancies, or stock variances to the supervisor promptly.
Follow all safety protocols and operate equipment according to guidelines.
Support other warehouse and logistics tasks as assigned.

Secondary education or equivalent.
At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or material handling roles preferred.
Must be able to safely transport materials within the warehouse using pallet jacks, forklifts, ormanual methods and able to lift, carry, and move materials up to 25 kg.
Basic understanding of inventory systems and warehouse documentation.
Forklift license or certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed.
