Responsibilities

1. Receive and conduct receiving inspection on materials and finish goods from suppliers/delivery/production
2. Check physical condition of packaging and quantity of delivery/receipt
3. Report any defects and/or discrepancies to immediate supervisor
4. Bin materials into designated storage locations
5. Check material part number and quantity against the GR slip
6. Update system for materials movement and ensure inventory accuracy
7. Pack/un-pack instruments in shipping (If deployed)
8. Pick and pack small and large pack shipments (If deployed)
9. Ensure work orders are kitted and issued to production lines within the deadline date
10. Conduct cycle count and ensure inventory accuracy
11. Ensure safety and security of the shipping/store area and report any discrepancies or breach of safety to immediate supervisor
12. Generate report for warehouse operation use

Requirements

1. Secondary education, GCE “O” level or NTC
2. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in store/shipping in MNC manufacturing environment
3. Knowledge in SAP system preferred
4. Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word applications
