Job summary

Halliburton Far East Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Material Coordinator I to ensure timely materials movements, accurate storage and inventory control. The role supports daily warehouse operations and requires a two-year degree with optional 1 year of experience.

Handheld scanners usage and lift truck certification are preferred. This is an entry-level, six-month contract position based on the Singapore site, with standard safety and operational expectations in a fast-paced energy services

Qualifications

• Two year degree and 1 years work experience preferred.
• Experience working in an operations environment is preferred, including knowledge and use of handheld scanners and lift truck certification.
• Entry level position. No previous experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely materials goods movements and accurate storage and inventory control.
• Perform daily warehouse operations including housekeeping tasks.
• Other duties as directed by supervisor.

Job Duties

• Under direct supervision, responsible for ensuring timely materials goods movements, accurate and appropriate storage and movement of products and inventory accuracy
• Also responsible for other daily operations functions of the warehouse which includes various clean-up and housekeeping activities
• Two year degree and 1 years work experience preferred
• Experience working in an operations environment is preferred, including knowledge and use of handheld scanners and lift truck certification
• Job will also require the performance of other duties and activities as directed
• Entry level position. No previous experience required
• Contract role for 6 months
