Matcha Barista (Part-Time)

Location: Arc-en-ciel Pâtisserie, 37A Neil Road
Employment Type: Part-Time (Rotating shifts—incl. weekdays, weekends & public holidays)
Eligibility: Singaporeans and PRs only

We’re looking for a Matcha Barista who:
Takes pride in crafting every cup with care and precision
Has an eye for presentation — drinks should look as good as our desserts
Is curious about flavour pairing and keen to learn
Works well in a fast-paced, dessert-focused environment

What You’ll Do:

Prepare a variety of matcha-based drinks with consistency and care
Ensure each drink meets our standards for taste, texture, and presentation
Assist guests with drink choices and pairing suggestions
Support daily bar operations, including setup, cleaning, and restocking
Opportunity (in time) to contribute ideas and support menu development

We’re Looking For:

️ 1+ year in a café, tea bar, or hospitality setting preferred (matcha experience huge plus, but not mandatory — training and guidance will be provided)
️ A quick learner with great attention to detail
️ Someone who values teamwork and takes pride in service
️ Available on weekdays, weekends & public holidays
️ Bonus if you have experience with matcha or tea — but not essential!
