Location: Arc-en-ciel Pâtisserie, 37A Neil Road
Employment Type: Part-Time (Rotating shifts—incl. weekends & public holidays)
Eligibility: Singaporeans and PRs only

At Arc-en-ciel Pâtisserie, we're famous for our cloud-like mousse cakes and dreamy desserts—and now we're bringing that same magic to our new matcha drink menu! We need a matcha maestro who:

Loves flavor pairing – You get excited about how a creamy matcha latte can elevate our yummy dessert menu
Thinks outside the cup – You imagine drinks as companions to desserts, not just beverages
Geek out on textures – From frothy tops to perfect viscosity to pair with our parfaits
Believes presentation is everything – Because our drinks should look as Instagram-worthy as our cakes

Why This Role is Special:

Pioneer our drink program – Help build our first dedicated tea & matcha menu from the ground up
Creative freedom – Develop signature pairings for our best-selling mousse cakes and parfaits

Your Playground:
Our famous mousse cakes (fruity flavours, seasonal and only the best ingredients)
Ice cream parfaits and other decadent desserts
Premium matcha and tea ingredients waiting for your magic

Your Role:

Create a matcha drink menu that complements our desserts (think: not too sweet to pair with cakes, textured to contrast mousses)
Train our team on proper matcha preparation and pairing principles
Delight guests with your pairing recommendations ("Try this umami-forward matcha with our dark chocolate mousse!")
Maintain our high standards for presentation and consistency

We're Looking For:

1+ year in specialty coffee/tea or hospitality (matcha experience huge plus)
Diploma or above – You'll need to explain pairings like a pro
Obsessive attention to detail – Our cakes deserve perfect partners
Weekend availability – When dessert cravings strike!
