Responsibilities:
Highly motivated individuals to promote MasterCard to existing customers of various consumer segments by cross-selling the value propositions of the credit cards.
Engage & build good relationships with customers & deliver good client experience.
Good follow-up skills and ensure customers’ applications and documentation are completed for processing timely.
Required to meet performance standards, business goals, and targets.
Able to present effectively and communicate comfortably to customers face to face or through telemarketing activities.
Qualifications:
The candidate must be confident, meticulous, and possess good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
Candidate needs to have good communication & customer service skills.
A team player with the ability to multi-task & thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Computer literate, proficient with the use of MS Office & Outlook.
