We are looking for you,

Master Trainer (Panel)

to our Competence Development team at Neste Singapore Refinery, located in Tuas.

You will focus on delivering quality training and assessments using simulation tools to ensure panel operators are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. This includes simulator training sessions, coaching participants, and providing performance feedback. You will also assess trainees’ progress via VOC (Verification of Competence) and record their performance. Additionally, you will ensure that training scenarios are relevant, realistic, and aligned with operational standards, collaborating with simulator developers to reflect actual operating conditions. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including Operations and software development teams, to support and deliver training activities.

Your role in our team / in creating a sustainable future

• Lead and deliver quality simulator training sessions, ensuring scenarios are relevant and aligned with operational standards.
• Assess training effectiveness through feedback and regular evaluations, maintaining training records and providing continuous improvement feedback.
• Collaborate with simulator developers to ensure training content accurately reflects operating practices and challenges.

Keys to success in this role / The best combination to succeed in this role

• Operational experience as a panel operator with strong knowledge of plant operations and process control systems.
• Experience in delivering training programs.
• Attention to detail and high standards in training and assessments.
• Significant experience in coaching and performance assessment in a Machine Human Interface (MHI) operational setting.
