You will focus on developing, delivering, and continuously improving operational and field-related training programs for field operators at the Neste Singapore Refinery for PTU/WWT production line. The role ensures frontline workforce competence and operational readiness through high-impact, hands‑on field‑based learning, ultimately supporting safe and reliable operations. The Master Field Trainer translates complex operational knowledge into practical and applicable training content while fostering a culture of operational discipline and continuous improvement. This role also includes assessing trainee progress through Verification of Competence (VOC) assessments, documenting performance outcomes, and developing field‑related training materials that accurately reflect actual site practices and standards. In this job you will work closely with Operations Managers, Day SI, Shift Supervisors and Shift Trainers to align workforce needs and training priorities, SMEs to integrate operational learnings into field coaching and training material development, and the CD Team to coordinate the training calendar and License to Operate (L2O) support.
