Job summary

KLA in Singapore is seeking a Master Scheduler to drive and coordinate the overall master schedule, aligning demand and supply across Sales, Manufacturing, Finance and Logistics to meet customer commitments and corporate targets.

You will partner with a configuration analyst to ensure accurate MRP loading, develop key performance metrics, and support the quarterly and annual planning cycles with forward-looking analyses.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 0 years experience or Bachelor's with 2 years experience.
• Experience in supply chain planning environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate the master schedule to balance demand with supply.
• Present the master schedule at MS meetings.
• Analyze forecast fluctuations and impact on orders and materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance and Logistics to optimize build plans.
• Partner with a config analyst to ensure MRP loading accuracy.
• Develop and maintain key performance metrics.

Job Description / Preferred Qualifications

• Master Scheduler to drive and co‑ordinate the overall business strategic planning as part of the supply chain to manage the demand vs supply (Drive 8‑12 Qs forward‑looking process).
• Present the overall business plan at the master schedule (MS) meeting.
• Participate and analyze forecast demand fluctuations and analyze its impact on customer orders and material support.
• Work closely with key stakeholders: Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing operation, Finance, Logistics, etc. to optimise the build plan, navigate required actions and react quickly to changes to achieve corporate revenue targets and customer commitments.
• Partner with a config analyst to execute and maintain accuracy of MRP loading and validation.
• Develop and maintain key performance metrics.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years.
