You have a fantastic opportunity as a Master Data Management (MDM) Developer in Kolkata. As a seasoned professional with 5-7+ years of experience in MDM, especially with a preference for Reltio, you will be a valuable asset to our team. Your deep domain knowledge in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare sectors will be instrumental in ensuring successful platform deployments. Your expertise in core MDM concepts and integration with major CRM and ERP systems like Salesforce, Veeva, or One Key will be crucial.Your proficiency in key MDM functions such as data modeling, data ingestion, match and survivorship rules, data cleansing, metadata analysis, and outbound configurations will be highly beneficial. You will play a key role in analyzing client's customer lifecycle and business processes to optimize customer data usage for sales, marketing, and customer service.Your understanding of Data Governance and Stewardship processes, including hierarchy and workflow management, manual merges, and survivorship, will be essential. You will be responsible for defining requirements for data quality rules, matching and merging criteria, and data stewardship workflows.We value continuous learners who keep abreast of new technologies and their strategic applications. Your ability to work independently, lead code reviews, and ensure quality throughout the MDM project lifecycle will be greatly appreciated.While not mandatory, it would be advantageous if you have experience with Java & Python and possess knowledge of SQL and Snowflake.
