Job summary

CIMB Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to perform MAS reconciliations and manage aging reports. You will collaborate with multiple departments to resolve outstanding items and support automation initiatives to improve reporting accuracy.

Ideal candidates have a diploma or degree and 1–3 years in banking operations, with strong Excel skills and a proactive, independent work style to meet tight daily deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Degree requirement.
• Experience in banking/finance reconciliation is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and data handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily MAS reconciliations and email outstanding items promptly.
• Prepare MAS Mid week/Aging reports for management escalation.
• Support investigations into outages and ad-hoc requests across departments.
• Back up Nostro reconciliation during absences.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
