Job description

ONLINE STRATEGIC PLANNING & ANALYSIS

• Define the building blocks and own the marketplace strategy of the region and develop the e-activation framework and strategy across all marketplace (SHP + LAZ) channels (alongside OBM & local market counterparts/nuances) to grow Sell-Out and drive conversion, AOV, and CLTV growth ahead of competition and market share growth.

Co-build, develop and maintain strong platform partnerships with the O+O KAM (CGO), negotiating favorable terms and collaborating on joint marketing efforts to maximize brand visibility and drive the JBP/QBR process and ambitions with platforms.

• Co-partner with O+O KAM (CGO) and OBMs to drive category/brand/multi-brand/multi-division opportunities and e-RGM governance and activation on platform.

• Co-own the Quarterly Biz Review with CGO KAM on unlocking learnings, key negotiations, and opportunities for region/markets’ YTG.

• Provide advisory to regional Brand Teams (OBMs) on opportunities to unlock or leverage on platforms.

Monitor competitor activities and industry trends, analyzing KPIs across all platforms to identify opportunities, threats, and areas for improvement, and adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION

• Build bottom-up activity and resource plan to deliver Sell Out objectives—Responsible for delivering Platform Budget & Trend (Net Sales & Channel Contribution), delivering the Monthly and Quarterly Sales Target as a region.

• Negotiate with platform additional activation exposure and levers across all marketplace (SHP + LAZ) channels to ensure target ambitions and incremental opportunities in markets are unlocked.

Lead the internal mega campaign planning cycle and tracking to ensure market readiness with support from the Brand and CET teams in generating demand ahead.

Oversee channel campaigns (category/multibrand/regional) implementation across all platforms to acquire and retain customers.

Share and cascade best practices, platform insights, and influencing activation strategy for maximum impact and ROI on platform with market teams (OBMs + Platform Leads).

Co-implement/ govern best-in-class online merchandising recommendations across marketplace platforms—collaborate with brand/marketing teams (OBMs) to ensure consistent brand messaging and optimal online visibility, boosting brand awareness and engagement.

Ensure support of Media and CRM leads to provide best-practice and priorities to give guidance to the markets to ensure operational and campaign excellence.

ONLINE ACTIVATION & EXCELLENCE DEVELOPMENT

Lead & drive the D2C Marketplace roadmap implementation and coordination (E-LUXE) with Multi-Div CDMO and relevant market deployment.

Drive the adoption of technologies and data-driven insights (alongside SVC) to personalize the online shopping journey and enhance customer engagement across all platforms, delivering a superior online experience.

• Co-lead with SVC on data analytics/value-tools design and structure for reporting.

• Ensure lead from Zone CRM lead support to drive CRM integration and roadmap planning/troubleshooting for the region accounts with the platform.

Lead multi-brand campaign conceptualization and activation.

Manage, coach, and mentor the market Platform Lead counterparts, fostering continuous partnership, learning, and development.
