Marketing Support Specialist (Contract)
Your new job includes:
Assist in timely creation of condition contracts and smooth issuance of invoices to suppliers relating to Brand Consultants’ salaries and push money incentives.
Issue invoices to suppliers for Marketing-related payments, including payment rentals, activity rentals, digital assets, and claim promotions.
Work closely with the Category Marketing team in resolving system errors that impact promotions and processing invoice adjustments, such as issuance of credit notes.
Collaborate with the Purchasing Team in creating, maintaining, and billing permanent and temporary rental and digital sites as well as uploading of necessary information and billing of each rental space.
Liaise with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve system issues and assist in testing and troubleshooting during system updates.
Create and share monthly marketing investment reports and trends to inform other business stakeholders and support the overall Marketing Team as and when required.
What you should bring along:
A diploma in Business Administration or any related discipline with at least 5 years of practical experience in a customer service or sales support function in a B2B or B2C environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Experience using SAP, PPC, PMR is an added advantage.
A pronounced can-do attitude, complemented by the capability to multi-task, the ability to prioritize tasks, and the flexibility to handle changing requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
