Job description

We are seeking a creative and analytical Marketing Strategist to develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth. The ideal candidate will be experienced in marketing campaign design, market research, and performance analysis, with a strong ability to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Manage marketing plan timeline for social post publish.

  • Responsible for monthly reports to analyse brand and competitor performance using internal and external data sources, providing insightful findings to identify growth opportunities.

  • Create customer segmentation strategies and buyer personas.

  • Oversee and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and metrics; adjust strategies as needed.

  • Manage the company website and marketplace store, promotion and campaign execution.

  • Recommend improvements to the marketing mix, channels, and brand messaging.

  • Stay current on industry trends,marketing technologies, and competitor activities.

  • Ad Hoc tasks assign by department head.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing strategy or related roles.

  • Experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing preferred.

  • Understanding of Digital marketing, CRM Software.

  • Possess knowledge and skills in Graphic Design software - HTML, CSS will be added advantage.

  • Ability to produce contents in different formats: e.g. video, blog, social media.

  • With work experience in handling E-commerce platforms (such as Woo-commerce, Lazada, Shopee etc).

  • Must be collaborative, able to multi-task, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

  • Advantage with skills in VLOOKUP, Pivot-Table for data analysis.
