As part of our growth strategy, we are launching a new business venture and are seeking a dynamic individual to take the lead in building it from the ground up.

Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a start-up environment and is passionate about building a business from scratch. You will take charge of developing and executing marketing strategies, establishing business operations, and driving customer engagement through creative content and branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and launch of a new business initiative within the company

2. Build and grow the brand through strong marketing and social media presence

3. Create engaging content (videos, posts, campaigns) to reach and convert target audiences

4. Develop go-to-market strategies and identify key market segments

5. Establish operational processes, partnerships, and sales channels

6. Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, HR) to ensure smooth execution

7. Track business KPIs, customer feedback, and campaign performance for continuous improvement

Requirements:

1. Past experience in entrepreneurship or new business development

2. Strong marketing and content creation capabilities (social media, video, copywriting, etc.)

3. Self-driven and resourceful, able to work independently and take ownership

4. Experience in construction, M&E, or aircon-related industries is a bonus but not required

5. Excellent communication, project management, and creative problem-solving skills
