Job Summary:
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to grow the brand's offline & online presence, awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. This role will focus on expanding the brand's reach, growing the number of offline traffic & followers across digital platforms, and converting online engagement into sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, an eye for design, and a proven ability to manage digital marketing campaigns that generate tangible results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Together with the design team to create engaging and visually appealing content (graphics, videos, posts) aligned with the brand's identity.
- Analyze digital marketing performance and produce regular reports on key metrics (e.g., follower growth, engagement, conversion rates, and sales).
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify the brand's reach.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and emerging platforms to ensure the brand remains competitive.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the coffee or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms & digital advertising
- Experience with paid ad platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads) and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
