The Marketing Specialist (Junior) will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, user engagement, and customer acquisition. Digital Campaign Management:

  • Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, email, and display networks.

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.

  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives and marketing materials.

SEO and SEM:

  • Optimize website content and landing pages to improve search engine rankings and user experience.

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

  • Monitor and manage SEM campaigns to maximize visibility and conversions.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM platforms.

  • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, user behavior, and ROI.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.

  • Website Analysis (Traffic and Consumer Drop-Off Touchpoints):

  • Conduct an in-depth analysis of website traffic patterns and identify consumer drop-off touchpoints, providing actionable recommendations to optimize the user journey and enhance conversion rates.

Email Marketing:

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product updates, and promotional offers.

  • Segment email lists and personalize content to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including product, design, and content, to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with business goals.

  • Coordinate with external agencies or vendors for specialized services such as programmatic advertising or influencer marketing.

Trend Monitoring and Innovation:

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Adhoc Duties:
