About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Specialist to join our Singapore team. While the primary focus will be on events and sponsorships, the role will also involve supporting broader marketing initiatives such as brand campaigns, digital amplification, content, and internal communications. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic thinking and flawless execution, along with a strong ability to collaborate across business and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Events & Sponsorships (Core Focus)
- Plan and execute a range of high-impact in-person and virtual events, including CXO roundtables, sports events, thought leadership forums, client engagement sessions, and proprietary conferences.
- Manage third-party sponsorships — from evaluating relevance to overseeing execution, branding, and post-event ROI analysis.
- Drive end-to-end event logistics including vendor management, guest communications, speaker coordination, and on-site management.
- Work closely with business leaders to ensure events are strategically aligned to business goals and audience needs.
Integrated Marketing Support
- Support broader marketing campaigns including brand awareness, content-led thought leadership, and social/digital amplification.
- Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to localize messaging and campaigns for maximum impact in Singapore and APAC.
- Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing assets — including invites, flyers, videos, presentations, post-event reports, and social content.
- Assist in internal marketing communications for leadership updates, success stories, and employee engagement campaigns.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
- Partner with country heads, sales teams, and global marketing functions to identify marketing opportunities and measure impact.
- Track marketing performance through KPIs, event ROI, and stakeholder feedback.
- Maintain and manage budgets for events and sponsorships, ensuring alignment with overall marketing plans.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Around 4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the IT services, consulting, or enterprise technology industry.
- Proven experience in end-to-end event and sponsorship management.
- Exposure to integrated marketing including campaign execution, digital and content marketing is preferred.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Experience working across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
