Main Duties
  1. Plan and execute social media digital campaigns to enhance brand engagement and generate leads.
  2. Measure and report on the performance of digital campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs.
  3. Create performance reports, analyze analytics to identify trends, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for campaign planning and execution.
  5. Manage campaign budgets to ensure effective deployment.
  6. Conduct social listening and competitor benchmarking research.
  7. Create digital assets such as images, videos, and GIFs for campaigns.
  8. Manage the Bank’s official social media channels, including content curation and scheduling.
  9. Oversee lead management processes, maintaining databases and tracking conversions.
  10. Explore and implement innovative digital marketing solutions and technologies.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in social/digital marketing, including content creation, social and digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in online advertising on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, website analytics, and social media trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong content development abilities.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Graphic design experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of website design, HTML5, and UX is advantageous.
  • Independent, resourceful, and results-oriented with analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills with a positive attitude.
  • Adaptability and a desire for professional growth in a dynamic environment.
