We bring deep expertise and tailored support to forward-thinking teams. Our current client is a national leader in Design Education, driving innovation in schools across Singapore.

SCOPE

We are looking for a marketing specialist with a strong strategic mindset, hands-on technical skills, and the ability to bring our client’s bold marketing ideas to life. You will play a key role in transforming their marketing presence—online and offline—and setting up sustainable, revenue-generating channels to grow their programs' reach and impact.

This is a short to mid-term contract role with potential for extension based on performance and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Website and Digital Presence

  • Update client’s existing website to be optimized for engagement and lead conversion
  • Ensure web presence reflects client’s mission and supports brand clarity and marketing effectiveness

Marketing Strategy, Brand Development and Planning

  • Design and implement an annual marketing plan aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead the development and refinement of brand strategy, ensuring a consistent, compelling message across all touchpoints
  • Identify high-impact marketing channels (online and offline) and set them up from scratch if needed

Lead Generation and Revenue Growth

  • Develop strategies to drive awareness and program sign-ups from schools and partners
  • Set up and manage sales and lead generation funnels (e.g. email marketing, SEO)

Communications and Content

  • Create or coordinate the creation of impactful digital content (newsletters, posts, presentations)
  • Design compelling visual assets using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite
  • Support storytelling and outreach campaigns that align with the client’s values and goals

Preferred Requirements & Experience

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in marketing strategy, brand development, digital channels setup, and web optimization
  • Ability to build systems from the ground up and work independently
  • Strong creative and visual communication skills
  • Knowledge of website platforms (e.g., Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress), SEO, and analytics tools
  • Familiarity with sales funnels, lead nurturing, and CRM tools
  • Experience and knowledge in social media marketing will be essential and experience in UI/UX will be preferred.
  • Passion for education, social impact, and youth empowerment is a big plus!

This is a part-time contract role, ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, creativity, and the chance to work with a purpose-driven organization and an enthusiastic team.
Time commitment: Approximately 10-15 hours per week for minimum 3 months; starting immediately.

Eligibility: Candidates must be currently based in Singapore with existing work authorization. We are unable to support employment passes or work visa applications for this role.

Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.
