About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and analytical Marketing Specialist to support brand development, market research, campaign execution, and cross-industry collaboration. You’ll help increase brand visibility, generate leads, and ensure all marketing strategies align with business goals in Singapore’s competitive renovation market.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Strategy Support
Track local renovation industry trends, competitor activities, and BCA policy changes
Compile monthly competitor analysis reports with actionable insights
Conduct consumer research via surveys and CRM data to support design and product planning
Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan and organize offline marketing events (e.g. home renovation seminars, smart home demo days)
Create bilingual marketing content and manage event logistics and customer invitations
Tailor localized promotions for Singapore’s multicultural market (e.g. festive bundles, HDB promos)
Digital & Social Media Marketing
Manage and grow social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Xiaohongshu) with engaging content
Post design case studies, home improvement tips, and lifestyle videos to grow followers and engagement
Ensure website and e-commerce platforms (e.g. Lazada) stay updated and comply with BCA guidelines
Partnership Development
Develop collaboration strategies with influencers, home & living brands, and material suppliers
Explore cross-industry partnerships with real estate agents, banks, government agencies, and corporate clients
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
At least 2 years experience in event marketing, digital campaigns, or content creation
Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis)
Familiar with Singapore’s renovation and approval processes (HDB, condo, landed)
Knowledge of local material suppliers and industry trends is a plus
Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners)
