岗位职责 | Job Responsibilities
1. 市场策划 | Marketing Planning:根据品牌定位,制定并执行市场推广策略,提高品牌知名度与市场影响力。
Develop and implement marketing strategies based on brand positioning to enhance brand awareness and market influence.
2. 活动运营 | Event & Campaign Management:策划线上线下营销活动,包括节日促销、品牌联名、社交媒体推广等,并分析活动效果。
Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including festive promotions, brand collaborations, and social media promotions. Analyze campaign performance.
3. 渠道拓展 | Channel Expansion:维护并拓展合作渠道,如社交媒体、外卖平台、KOL/网红合作等,提高品牌曝光率。
Maintain and expand marketing channels, such as social media, delivery platforms, and KOL/influencer collaborations, to enhance brand exposure.
4. 数据分析 | Data Analysis:监测市场趋势、竞争对手动态及用户反馈,进行数据分析并优化营销策略。
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and user feedback to conduct data analysis and optimize marketing strategies.
5. 内容营销 | Content Marketing:撰写和优化品牌宣传内容,如社交媒体文案、广告文案、产品介绍等,提升用户粘性。
Write and optimize brand promotional content, including social media posts, advertising copy, and product descriptions, to enhance customer engagement.
任职要求 | Job Requirements
1. 学历背景 | Education:本科及以上学历,市场营销、广告、传媒、电子商务等相关专业优先。
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Media, E-commerce, or related fields preferred.
2. 经验要求 | Experience:
• 1-3 年市场营销或品牌推广相关经验,有餐饮、食品、零售、快消品行业经验者优先。
• 具备与品牌或商家合作的经验,履历中请注明曾合作的品牌(如餐饮、食品、时尚、生活方式等领域),便于参考。
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or brand promotion. Experience in the F&B, FMCG, or retail industry is preferred.
• Candidates should provide a list of brands they have collaborated with (e.g., in F&B, fashion, lifestyle) for reference.
3. 营销能力 | Marketing Skills:熟悉市场推广、社交媒体运营(如 Instagram、TikTok、小红书)、KOL合作,有一定的活动策划及执行能力。
Familiar with marketing strategies, social media operations (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu), and KOL collaborations. Capable of planning and executing marketing campaigns.
4. 数据分析能力 | Data Analytics:具备基本的数据分析能力,能根据市场反馈调整营销策略,提高转化率。
Basic data analysis skills to adjust marketing strategies based on market feedback and improve conversion rates.
5. 创新思维 | Creativity:对市场趋势敏感,能提出有创意的营销方案,提升品牌影响力。
Strong market awareness and ability to propose creative marketing ideas to enhance brand influence.

• 了解新加坡本地市场,具备本地餐饮或消费品牌营销经验。
Understanding of the Singapore market with experience in local F&B or consumer brand marketing.
• 熟悉 SEO/SEM、广告投放、私域流量运营等。
Knowledge of SEO/SEM, advertising placement, and private domain traffic operations.
