Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in marketing, exhibit a strong sense of responsibility, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We are open to candidates from different backgrounds, especially in design or art, who are looking for a marketing role. The candidate needs to have a good eye for design, creativity, project management, and independent thinking. A portfolio of independent projects is essential.

Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning:

  • Propose, develop, and implement creative and innovative campaigns for clients as well as to promote our products/services and drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our campaign strategies remain innovative and competitive.

Client Campaign and Brand Management:

  • Create compelling proposals to present our creative and innovative campaign ideas to clients.
  • Create and manage campaigns for clients across various offline and online channels in industries such as retail, F&B, events, exhibitions, shopping malls, arts, education, and more.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce marketing, visual, and design materials for clients.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of client campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
  • Engage in brand management activities to enhance clients' brand presence.

Client and Team Coordination:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide personalized solutions.
  • Work closely with sales and support teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and the internal creative team.
  • Develop proposals tailored to client needs and objectives.
  • Coordinate and participate in events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase client offerings and establish client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking client.
