Job Title: Marketing Specialist (Field & Digital)

Location: Remote / Central Department: Business Development

Job Overview

This hybrid role combines field marketing (client meetings, networking, events) with digital marketing (social media, email campaigns, content creation). The ideal candidate is energetic, tech-savvy, and enjoys both in-person and online engagement.


Key Responsibilities

Field Marketing & Client Engagement

  • Assist in organizing and attending industry events, seminars, and networking sessions.
  • Support client meetings by preparing marketing materials and presentations.
  • Conduct on-ground promotions and partnerships with local businesses.
  • Gather market insights and client feedback for strategy improvement.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) – scheduling posts, engaging with followers.
  • Assist in email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, HubSpot) and lead nurturing.
  • Update website content (WordPress/Wix) and optimize for SEO.
  • Help create blog posts, newsletters, and promotional content.

Content & Design

  • Design simple marketing collaterals (flyers, brochures, social media graphics) using Canva/Adobe Express.
  • Proofread and format presentations, reports, and client communications.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track field marketing activities (event attendance, lead generation).
  • Monitor digital campaign performance (social media, email open rates).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Outgoing personality – comfortable with field work and client interactions.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing (social media, email marketing, CMS).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with financial services is a plus (but not required).
