Job description

Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness and enhancing lead generation through various digital channels.

Marketing Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and strategize marketing goals and initiatives aligned with the company's target audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, conduct competitive analysis, and explore new communication techniques and digital platforms to create consistent and strong brand presence.

Campaign Management:

  • Responsible for creating campaign assets across various ad platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.
  • Develop and implement monthly/quarterly digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Social Media Management:

  • Handle content creation and posting on company’s social media platforms.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns to enhance lead generation.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly updates on social platform performance, monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Education

Diploma and above in Marketing, Communications or Business, or an equivalent working experience.

Experience

At least 2 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the sports education industry.

Skills

  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capture photos and videos of gymnasts for timely and engaging social media content.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro/Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage.
