Job Title: Marketing Specialist (Social Media & Content Creation)
Location: Singapore (Office & Field-Based)
Salary Range: S$3,500 – S$4,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Join our fast-paced startup as a creative powerhouse! We’re seeking a bilingual (English & Chinese) Marketing Specialist to own our social media presence and create compelling content. You’ll drive brand engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and beyond while collaborating across teams in our dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create & Manage Content: Independently produce eye-catching graphics, shoot/edit videos, and curate posts for Instagram/Facebook.
  • KOL & Seeding Campaigns: Identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand reach.
  • Event Execution: Plan and manage engaging in-store activations and promotions.
  • Paid Advertising: Plan, optimize, and report on ad spend across platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) to drive ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support other departments with marketing initiatives (no job is too small!).
  • Trendspotting: Leverage your knowledge of Singapore/SEA cultural preferences to create relevant content.
What We Need From You
Essential Skills:
  • Proficiency in image/video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut).
  • Bilingual fluency (English & Chinese) for content creation and KOL outreach.
  • Portfolio showcasing social media content (graphics/videos).
  • Experience managing brand accounts (Instagram/Facebook).

  • Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of local/SEA trends.
