The Regional Marketing Solutions team is responsible for online marketing strategy and the growth of solutions across internal and external media channels for Shopee sellers. The role requires strong knowledge of digital media, paid solutions and performance marketing to drive growth for Shopee sellers.
This team is in charge of growing the different marketing channels that sellers can use to increase their shop’s awareness and increase their shop's GMV. The team is in charge of all ad solutions, which cover Shopee’s own ads and external partner ads such as Meta and Google.
Job Description:
- Scale ad solutions by identifying opportunities and gaps through data analysis and propose action plans
- Be the solution expert for cross teams on specific ad solutions with an in-depth view of overall business performance
- Lead annual, quarterly, and monthly performance monitoring to ensure targets are met
- Regular monitoring of competitor performance to ensure Shopee delivers a better user experience and higher return on seller’s investment, and devise growth initiatives based on industry best practices
- Plan and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new features/programs/markets, which involve commercial and product planning, operations, marketing, and performance tracking
- Product: Identify key features that make the solution competitive and drive the best user journey, especially when product development is involved
- Operations: Align onboarding and roll-out plan with different stakeholders (internal regional teams, local teams, and external partners) and prepare materials to support seller inquiries
- Marketing: Align the key messaging for mass communication, ensure implementation in different communication channels, design incentive plans to drive adoption of the new solution, and conduct case studies to further the value proposition of the new solution
- Performance tracking: Set, track, and analyse targets regularly to ensure success metrics are achieved and identify gaps that can be addressed through program initiatives, seller segmentation, and product improvement; translate analysis into actionable next steps
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or product management (must be comfortable with technical work)
- Comfortable using Excel and synthesising large data to derive meaningful insights that are actionable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to tackle complex problems, identify root causes, and apply a structured approach to solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage in technical and operational discussions while conveying key metrics to senior stakeholders
- Ability to navigate cross-functional teams with minimal supervision and proactively establish new SOPs to drive results
