    Role Overview:Were looking for a Marketing Solution Lead with 10+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing. The ideal candidate has built campaigns, propositions, and messaging for the US market, and has deep experience across IT Services, BPS, ER&D, or Tech Product companies. Youll work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to craft and execute marketing solutions that drive impact.Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of marketing solutions, propositions, and campaigns tailored to US enterprise audiences. Translate complex technology, service, or industry offerings into clear, compelling messaging and content frameworks. Collaborate with brand, content, and digital teams to bring marketing strategies to life across channels. Work with clients to define GTM strategies, campaign architecture, and thought leadership themes. Understand buyer journeys, personas, and the nuances of enterprise tech buying behavior.What Were Looking For: 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in IT services, BPS, ER&D, or tech product companies. Hands-on experience building value propositions, messaging, campaigns, and content for North America. Strong understanding of solution, industry, or service marketing across the technology landscape. Exposure to working in or with B2B marketing agencies is highly desirable. Excellent content sensibility, storytelling ability, and stakeholder management skills.
