About Us | Bamboo Path Academy

Bamboo Path Academy is a growing education brand dedicated to nurturing the growth and potential of students aged 3 to 18. With a blend of online and offline learning, our programs are aligned with the local Singapore MOE syllabus while integrating global educational values. We are now launching our first physical centre in Singapore, with a focus on PSLE preparation and holistic development. We are looking for a passionate Marketing & Social Media Specialist to help grow our brand presence, engage our community, and build meaningful content that resonates with parents and learners alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns (e.g., community engagement, holiday campaigns, event promotions) to drive brand awareness and student acquisition.

  • Develop, manage, and grow our social media presence on platforms such as RedNote, Instagram, and Facebook, including content planning and account management.

  • Create and manage a detailed content calendar and campaign roadmap that includes storytelling strategies, engagement topics, and conversion-focused content.\

  • Engage with parents by responding to direct messages and comments in a timely and professional manner, nurturing relationships and converting leads into trial classes or course enrollments.

  • Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics to optimise content style, posting schedules, and engagement strategies.

  • Collaborate with the teaching and curriculum team to translate educational values into warm, impactful, and parent-friendly content.

  • Support brand marketing initiatives such as open house events, course promotions, and new term campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content strategy.

  • Proficient in managing RedNote / Instagram / Facebook, with a strong understanding of each platform’s algorithm, user behavior, and content best practices.

  • Excellent written English; proficiency in Mandarin preferred for engaging regional clients and platforms.

  • Passionate about content creation, with a keen interest in education and a strong understanding of parent users and their needs.

  • A good sense of aesthetics and content trends, with a track record of producing high-engagement social content.

  • Excellent execution and time management skills, able to independently manage content pipelines and campaign launches.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use performance metrics to refine strategy.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)

  • Prior experience in the education or training sector (e.g., K12 curriculum, enrichment, international education).

  • Familiarity with Singapore’s education system, especially PSLE and parent pain points.

  • Additional skills in video editing, basic graphic design, or community event coordination.

  • Experience managing family-oriented or educational social media accounts.
