We are seeking a highly motivated, resourceful, and energetic Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for events and entertainment to make a significant impact on our business. You will be instrumental in managing key client relationships, driving B2B growth, optimizing digital campaigns, and crafting engaging content that resonates with new and younger audiences. Key Responsibilities:

·Client Marketing & Advertising Counsel: Provide expert marketing counsel and develop comprehensive advertising packages for a portfolio of key clients in the events and entertainment sector, helping them achieve their ticketing goals.

·Campaign & Content Creation: Bring a fresh perspective and develop compelling stories and content across various platforms (e.g., social media, articles, email) with a strong focus on engaging new and younger audiences, increasing brand awareness, engagement, and driving ticket sales. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive ticket sales, and support client initiatives.

·B2B Marketing & Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategic B2B marketing initiatives to generate new leads and drive adoption of our ticketing services among event organizers, promoters, and venues.

·Google Ads Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video) to maximize performance, achieve KPIs, and ensure efficient budget utilization.

·Market Research & Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities and refine marketing strategies.

·Performance Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

·Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, client servicing, and operations teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts and seamless client experiences.

Job Requirements:

·Proven experience (e.g., 2-4 years) in a marketing role, preferably within the events, entertainment, or ticketing industry.

·Excellent content creation skills with a portfolio showcasing engaging and effective marketing materials across various formats.

·Demonstrable experience in B2B marketing and lead generation.

·Strong proficiency in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.

·Good understanding and practical experience with Google Analytics for data analysis and reporting.

·A keen understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.

·Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

·Highly resourceful, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

·Energetic and bubbly personality with a proactive approach to work.

·A genuine passion for attending events and a deep understanding of the Singapore entertainment landscape.

·Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
