The Revenue Product team at Snap Inc. drives product vision in advertising, working collaboratively with designers, scientists, and product managers to enhance Snap's advertising platform, creating value for customers.

We’re hiring a Marketing Science Lead for our Measurement Team!

What you’ll do:

  1. Own measurement strategies, operations, goals, and learning plans for major customer or product verticals.
  2. Lead performance improvements for top advertisers using experimental design, causal analytics, and measurement solutions, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
  3. Conduct in-depth analysis of ad performance data to optimize results and increase spending.
  4. Provide actionable insights to address performance challenges.
  5. Lead quarterly reviews on industry trends, measurement adoption, and team progress.
  6. Oversee measurement operations, including third-party solutions.
  7. Perform market and country-level performance analyses, develop research and playbooks based on scientific analysis.
  8. Enhance measurement understanding within your team and across partners.
  9. Act as a trusted measurement consultant for key advertiser and product relationships.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Deep understanding of measurement concepts, statistical fundamentals, and measurement ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL, R, Python.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate ad performance insights.
  • Experience with advanced analytics and statistical methods.
  • Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and ability to apply measurement solutions creatively.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to executives.
  • Knowledge of product management lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field.
  • 8+ years of experience in analytics and measurement, preferably in tech, media, or consulting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in related fields.
  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising measurement, experience with top advertisers, leadership skills, and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
